Office of Departure & Destination

Every transit movement requires a recognised office of departure where the procedure begins and an office of destination where it is discharged. We act as your liaison with UK customs offices, supporting authorised consignor and authorised consignee operations, and coordinating goods presentation when required.

For traders without authorised status, we arrange presentation at the appropriate inland or border office, including Sevington IBF, Dover Western Docks, Coquelles, Folkestone and other approved locations.
